Flexible Intake Periods

Rodifer Education Company offers three convenient intake periods each academic year: August, November, and January/February. Onboarding is staggered throughout the intake month so that every new school receives individual attention.

Schools are welcome to purchase a license at any time throughout the year and select the upcoming intake period that works best for their students and staff. Regardless of the selected intake period, all licenses conclude on June 30 of the applicable academic year, providing schools with a simple and predictable licensing schedule aligned with the academic calendar. Schools may purchase a license for an intake up to twelve months in advance.

Limited Capacity

To provide an exceptional experience for every participating school, each intake is limited to a maximum of ten new schools or districts. This exclusive enrollment model allows Rodifer Education Company to deliver personalized onboarding, dedicated support, and a smooth launch for every new partner. The ten-school limit applies only to new schools and districts; current partners are not counted toward intake capacity. With only ten new openings available per intake, schools and districts are encouraged to secure their place early.

Fall Term: August 3rd - August 31st

Winter Term: November 2nd - November 30th

Spring Term: January 11th - February 8th

Annual School & Institutional Licensing Rates (2026-2027 School Year)

Key Terms

Minimum institutional license: $4,500 per academic year, covering up to 100 students.

Volume pricing: Pricing scales with enrollment, reducing the effective per-student cost as participation increases. At full tier utilization, the effective rate is approximately $45 per student for 100 students, $26 per student for 250 students, and $12.50 per student for 500 students.

Large institutions: Schools, districts, educational organizations, or other institutions requiring access for more than 1,000 students may request a custom license.
